This summer, we’d love to have your kids join us for camp! We are offering 3 different camps, for a variety of ages and skill levels. They are designed for our younger players to get dedicated time for instruction and playing with others their own age.
To register your kid for a camp, you will need to set up a Court Reserve account for yourself, and add your child as a family member. Court Reserve accounts are free, and we can help you set up your account to get you started. Email tracy@megapickleball.com with your name, phone number, and your son or daughter’s name and DOB, if you need us to set it up.
Once you have an account, click Events> Categories> Kids Camps to find all of our camp options and register. Choose the camp you are interested in, and click Register for Full Event. Toggle the family member(s) who will be participating the camp, and save. You will be directed to pay for your camp registration within 15 minutes to secure your spot.
Wednesdays, June 12- July 24, 2024, 1pm-3pm
$30 per week, or full summer for $160
This is a 6 week camp, two hours per week. The camp will involve one hour of pickleball instruction and play, as well as a snack time, 30 minutes of ping pong play, and other activities that will vary from week to week.
This camp does not meet the week of July 4th.
Your teaching team: Joey and Grant are a mother-son teaching team who love working with kids. Joey brings a teaching background from the public school system, and Grant brings the energy of a teenage boy who loves pickleball. We know that your kids will be engaged with this teaching duo!

This camp is a 3 day deep dive into playing, taught by Mega’s amazing teaching pros. It includes 4 hours of on-court time daily, split between skills and drills, free play, and play with the pro. We do request that you are playing at a minimum of an intermediate level, so all participants can be fairly well matched and get the most out of the class.

This camp is open to beginners and kids new to pickleball. One hour of instruction followed by structured gameplay. Paddles will be provided.
Joey is a teacher in the schools by day, and a teacher on the courts by night (and some afternoons and weekends). She’s been teaching with Mega since we opened, and specializes in our Ball Machine, and women’s classes. She and her son Grant often pair up to teach youth classes, and they will again pair up to teach our Pickle and Pong camp this summer.
Dan is a full time instructor with Mega, teaching classes for all levels. This summer, he will be teaching both of our kids camps. He makes learning fun for all!
Allen began teaching for Mega last fall. He and Faith often join forces when teaching. This summer, they will be team teaching our Advanced Junior Clinic. Allen will also be involved with one week of our Kids Pickleball Camp.
Grant has been playing pickleball since he was 10 – often the only kid on the courts. He’s now a high level player, but has the energy of youth to bring to kids camps and classes. This summer, he will again work with Joey to bring Pickle and Pong camp to Chanhassen Mega.
Logan taught with Amrik at Chanhassen on occasion before Mega Tonka opened, and then came to Tonka as a pro-level instructor. He teaches throughout the year on Wednesday evenings. Last summer, he and Amrik taught the Advanced Junior Clinic, and he will be back for his second summer of youth training this year in August, working with Allen. Don’t miss this opportunity!
Faith began teaching for Mega last fall. This summer, she will be co-teaching the Advanced Junior Clinic with Allen, as well as teaching our Kids Pickleball Camp a couple of weeks.
