We are receiving an increasing number of donation requests. To help us sort through the various requests, we are now asking that any group requesting a donation complete the following form. 

Please note: At this time, we are only accepting requests from the Chanhassen and Minnetonka Communities. Donations relating to kids/ youth/ schools will have priority. Donations will be in the form of paddles and/or gift cards that can be applied towards court time. Requests for discounted court time for charity events will only be considered during the off season (late spring, summer, early fall). 

We will review your request within 7 days, and if you have been approved for a donation, we will contact you with details and next steps.
